By subscribing to and using the services provided by PMS (Pvt), Ltd. You agree to these Terms and Conditions, which govern Your use of the service. Please read these terms carefully.
By accessing or using the Service, You confirm that You accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these terms, You may not access or use the Service.
Additionally, Your use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect Your personal information.

- Service Activation Timeline
Upon completion of payment, the activation process will begin as follows:
- Payment Confirmation & Service Activation Time: Once payment is confirmed and processed, the technical team will be notified to initiate the service setup.
Service activation typically takes between 2 to 4 hours. - Hosting and Setup: All Hosting services will be managed and data will be hosted by PMS Pvt. Ltd. Upon activation, the user will be provided with a unique URL and access credentials.
- Subscription Plans and Costs
This section provides an overview of the subscription plans available for the service. Pricing is provided separately, and the Company reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
Pricing Policy
The Company reserves the right to change prices before or after accepting an order, in the event of government actions, changes in customs duties, or any other factors beyond the Company’s control. Should the price change, You may cancel the order before processing.
- Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Methods
Payments can be made using the following methods:
- Online Payment Methods (Bank Transfers,).
- Offline Payment Methods (Cash, Cheques, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, Naya pay)
For Offline Methods Kindly Contact Accounts Department. - Payment methods are subject to validation by the respective bank or payment provider. We are not liable for any delay or failure if authorization is not obtained.
3.2 Billing Cycle
- Billing will begin immediately after the service activation and will follow a monthly or annual cycle, based on the subscription plan selected.
- All recurring payments will be charged in advance for the next billing period.
3.3 Failed Payments and Data Backup
- In case of non-payment, the Company will retain client data for a maximum of three months or longer periods based on Company’s internal policy.
- Should the client wish to continue using the service, they will be required to pay for the last three months or longer periods of data storage, in addition to any other outstanding balances where applicable.
- Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Order Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if there are concerns about fraudulent, unauthorized transactions, or other illegal activities as per AML/CFT Act. You may cancel your subscription by notifying us:

4.2 Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation, subject to the following:
- A 50% cancellation fee will apply after 15 Days, deducting the agreed-upon amount.
- Refunds will be processed based on the method chosen during purchase.
- Refund amount will be processed as per company’s internal policy.
- User Account Responsibilities
5.1 Account Information
When creating an account, You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and for all activities under Your account, including those made by third parties using Your account. You agree not to share Your password with anyone and to notify us immediately if You suspect unauthorized access to Your account. In Case of data breach Company reserves the right to cancel / block user account.
Blocked user accounts will be restored after complete analysis of account by technical team and penalty will be implemented before restoration of account.
5.2 Account Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
- You breach any of the Terms and Conditions.
- The use of your account is deemed fraudulent or in violation of our policies.
Upon termination, Your access to the service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the service.
- Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time, without prior notice. We also do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information related to our products, including pricing, availability, and specifications.
- Server Maintenance and Downtime
Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen downtime may occur. We will notify users in advance, where possible, but we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
- Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership
The service, including its content, features, and functionality, remains the sole property of [PMS Pvt Ltd.] and its licensors. All trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is prohibited.
- Data Privacy and Backup
9.1 Data Privacy
We value Your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA, where applicable. By using the service, You consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal data as outlined in our [Privacy Policy].
9.2 Data Backup
- The Company is responsible for maintaining backups of user data during the subscription period.
- In case of service termination, backup retention is subject to the terms of the service agreement.
